AGIX-ADA Staking 1st epoch opens Wednesday, Nov 15, 12:00 UTC; this first epoch will bring extra rewards to early volunteers and pave the way for community-wide staking!

SingularityNET extends an exclusive invitation to community members who applied to join the first epoch of our novel staking on Cardano portal. As a token of our appreciation, early participants aiding in the stabilization of the first pool will receive additional token rewards.
For this initial phase, we will begin with a small group of community members who have signed up to participate. If you’re one of the lucky few, you’ll find an exclusive invitation in your inbox by end-of-day tomorrow UTC. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case!)

Staking Instructions
Our staking portal has been designed to give the simple and streamlined experience you are used to with SingularityNET token utility portals. Once the portal is live:
- Log in with your email address
- Connect your Cardano wallet
- Deposit the tokens you want to stake
During the promotional first epoch, the maximum amount of tokens that can be staked per user is 50,000 AGIX. Step-by-step instructions on how to stake can be found in our Staking on Cardano Guide.
We believe in fairness and inclusivity. The selection for this promotional first epoch is based on a first-come, first-served basis based on staking signup responses, as well as a group of ecosystem volunteers providing particular staking feedback, so that everyone gets a fair chance to be part of this groundbreaking moment. For those who didn’t get a slot in this first epoch — don’t fret; you’ll be able to join future epochs shortly.
Again, emails will be sent tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov 14 UTC) to notify slot-holders in this first epoch, so watch your inbox and don’t miss your chance. If you’ve been selected, you’ll find details on how to join this event. Remember, it’s essential to check your spam folder, just in case!
Staking Mechanism
You can find an outline of the staking mechanism on our documentation page. As described there, tokens staking during an epoch will start to receive rewards during the following epoch.
The staking epochs will consist of an 11-day deposit window and a 3-day rewards distribution window. This means the selected users will have until November 26th, 09:00 am UTC, to enter the first promotional epoch. This is a limited opportunity to contribute to the SingularityNET ecosystem and reap extra benefits of being an early participant in AGIX staking on Cardano.
